Description

Okay, so GOAT marathoner Eliud Kipchoge put down a 2:00:25 for 26.2 miles.

No doubt this amazing performance deserves some serious credit. He ran amazingly well

and is a big inspiration for dreaming big!

In this podcast I share my opinions on this whole “sub 2 hour project,”

the implications of it, and what this means for pushing human limits in the future.

I touch on drag coefficients, shoe design, marketing psychology, transparency with bio passport/testing,

marginal gains, formation pacing and more!

Thanks for your support and hope your running is going well!
